Sour style craft beer with cherries and red fruits.

Blunt is a very fruity and refreshing beer, with a clean sourness coming from Lactobacillus bacteria.
This beer has a very intense red color originated by the artisanal brewing process with authentic natural cherry and red fruit mash (raspberry, red and black currant, strawberry and blackberry) made by ourselves in our brewery.
Blunt will delight any beer fan looking for something out of the ordinary.

BLUNT combines lightness with a strong character coming from the acidity.

• Deep reddish color.
• Light, smooth, delicate and creamy body.
• Straightforward cherry and strawberry aromas, ripe fruit with a lactic touch.
• In the mouth it directly reveals notes of cherry, strawberries, raspberries combined with a medium-high acidity. This perceived acidity combines perfectly with the sweetness of the cherry and the lactic touch that leaves a very satisfying finish.
• Medium-low carbonation with little foam retention and soft needle point. Medium to thick foam.
• Alcohol perception: medium-low. Very refreshing and light beer.
• Food pairing: perfect with almonds, salads, soft cheeses and light chocolates.
