Down by Law is a mixed fermentation red sour ale beer aged in oak barrels for 16 months.

This craft beer has been the result of a base of sweet malts, acidification with Lactobacillus bacteria, aging in oak barrels and a later blending with Cognac barrels.
This long and complex brewing process has contributed sweet, fruity, toasted and sour notes. Endless possibilities for pairing.
Despite its character and complexity, this sour ale is a light-bodied, easy-drinking beer with a medium-high level of sourness.
If you like a predominant sourness but don’t want to lose other flavor registers, Down by Law is your craft beer.
